First sign up for membership to benefit from the membership discount. Registered members of EFCAP-FI and EFCAP-NL can join EFCAP EUROPE for free.

The fee for the three day online congress includes admission to all presentations, many possibilities for interaction, exchanging knowledge and initiating new collaboration. In addition to the congress you may register for the pre-congress Masterclasses at additional charges.

Students
Students full-time enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced rate. However, students with a regular income like: part-time students, post-doctoral students, PhD candidates, or trainees are NOT eligible for the discounted student rate, as they do not meet the requirements above. Proof of status from the institute verifying full-time status is required to process your registration.

Groups

Groups of at least 10 participants from the same organisation receive a 10% discount on their registration for the three day online congress. To be eligible for the group discount, the group must be registered at once through the group reservation. You can use the template to upload the participant data. For the group reservation you will receive one invoice at the indicated billing address. The group members will receive confirmation of the reservation as well as practical information regarding the congress in due course at the email address entered.

Changes in your registration
If you wish to change your registration, please send a detailed email to efcap2022@sympopna.nl.

 

If change concerns adjusting the invoice, € 50 of administration costs will be charged in addition to the original price as mentioned on the invoice.

Substitute

If you are unable to attend, a substitute, if not already registered for the conference, is welcome. Please send an email to efcap2022@sympopna.nl with your substitute in CC and with the following information about your substitute: full name, function, name of the organisation, email address and telephone number.

 

There are no charges for the adjustment of the transfer of your registration. The payment obligation is transferred to your substitute. If you have already paid for your registration, we kindly request you to settle this with your substitute.

Cancellation

Cancellation can only be done by email to efcap2022@sympopna.nl.

The following will be charged in case of cancellation of registrations made in 2022:

 

– Until 17 February 2022: bank and/or credit card charges and € 50 administrative fees

– From 18 February until 17 March 2022: 50% of total registration plus bank and/or credit card charges

– From 18 March 2022: no refund

 

Cancellations of registrations made before 2022 cannot be refunded.

In the event of a no-show, the payment obligation remains. In the event of payment on account, the claim will remain unchanged in the event of cancellation.

Point go throughNIP/NVO. Youth care workers and youth and family professionals may submit training courses accredited by NIP/NVO for re-registration. You can use your proof of participation to request points from SKJ (ID 466223).

Congress: 13,5 point

 

Accreditation will be awarded to delegates who at least participated 90% of the programme. The SKJ-accreditation will be awarded to delegates who participated 100% of the programme.

 

International delegates who at least participated 90% of the programme will receive a certificate of attendance.
